Struggling with chronic pain, she discovered the soothing benefits of these beverages through a friend who worked at a Kava bar. The positive impact on her well-being inspired Makayla to explore this realm further.
When asked how she found Kava Luv, Makayla simply attributes it to a friend's recommendation. Drawn by the warm and inviting atmosphere, Makayla made the decision to join the Kava Luv team. She describes the environment as a fun, chill vibe, highlighting the diverse and accepting community that resonates with her. "I chose to work there because I love the environment; It’s such a fun, chill vibe and there’s always something to do. I also really love that it’s an openly queer-accepting place," Makayla shares.
Her favorite drink on the menu? The Misty Moon with crushed red! Lavender, mint, and lemonade blend together in perfect harmony, creating a refreshing concoction that perfectly complements the array of botanical teas Kava Luv has to offer.

The Red Crushed Leaf, a choice that reflects her refined taste in herbal infusions.
