The Process
Speak with our Executive Team
You will start by having a conversation with our executive team which will include our CEO, COO, and one of our kavatenders.
4. Submit Franchise Application
You will be required to fill out our application for a franchise for us to be able to determine if you qualify to obtain a franchise with Kava Luv Social Lounge.
2. Review FDD “Franchise Disclosure Document”
This document will tell you everything you need to know about franchising with Kava Luv Social Lounge. You are encouraged to review and ask as many questions as possible to our executive team.
5. Franchise Agreement Signing & Franchise Fee
This is the point where you will sign your franchise agreement and submit your initial franchise fee. This is also the point where you officially become a Kava Luv Social Lounge owner.
7. Grand Opening
This is the day you have been waiting for! The day where your doors finally open on your location. Our corporate team will be on location to help ensure your grand opening is perfect right off the bat.
3. Formal Interview with our Executive Team
During this step our executive team will conduct a formal interview with you (and any potential partners) to get a bigger sense of your qualifications, experience, and your franchise eligibility.
6. Complete Training
Once your agreement is signed it is time to train! You will enter our corporate franchise training program. You will work with our veteran executive staff at one of our corporate locations in Naples Florida.
At Kava Luv Social Lounge, we are committed to setting you up for success from day one. Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with all the knowledge and skills you need to run a thriving social lounge. Your journey begins at our newest corporate location in Naples, FL, where you'll immerse yourself in hands-on training behind the bar, learning the intricacies of our unique offerings and customer service approach. You'll work closely with our experienced store managers, gaining valuable insights into daily operations, management best practices, and how to create the welcoming atmosphere that defines Kava Luv.
But we don't stop there. Your training experience will culminate in sessions with our CEO and COO, where you'll gain a deep understanding of our brand vision, long-term strategies, and how to lead your team with confidence. This top-level training ensures that you are fully aligned with our mission and prepared to make your franchise a success.
Once your Kava Luv Social Lounge is ready to open, we're right there with you. Our team will be on the ground for the first two weeks, working alongside you to ensure a seamless transition as you train your initial employees. This hands-on support during your grand opening ensures that your team is well-prepared and that your lounge starts on the right foot, creating an exceptional experience for your new customers from day one.
